What we collect
When you send a form we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address and what you tell us about the property you want. When you book a slot, the booking page collects your name, email, location and mobile number. We also record how you found the site (for example a search engine or an advert) so we know which channels work.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange visits and valuations, and send you property options you asked for. We do not sell your details or pass them to another broker.
Who handles it for us
Zoho (Bigin CRM and booking, Indian data centre), Hostinger (website hosting), and Google and Meta where you reach us through their services or adverts.
How long we keep it
Up to twenty four months after our last contact with you, unless a transaction requires us to keep records for longer.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Write to sales@aakritiinfra.in and we will respond within the time the Act requires.
Your browser
The site stores a small note in your browser's local storage recording how you first arrived, so it can be attached to an enquiry. Clearing your browser data removes it.
